Review: John Frieda Frizz-Ease Shampoo & Conditioner

I have been using John Frieda's Frizz-Ease Shampoo as well as the Conditioner for 'hydrating' hair for about a year and a half now. I absolutely love it and plan on using it for more years to come. It comes in a container with a blue lid for hydrating as well as one with a purple lid for repairing hair. I have naturally frizzy and wavy hair. This product has tamed my hair ever since the 1st night I've used it. The packaging looks very elegant and the product itself smells amazing! I love this product and would definitely recommend this this anyone who's hair is dry (use the hydrating shampoo/conditioner) or for anyone who has damaged hair (use the repairing shampoo/conditioner)

Review: Neutrogena MoistureShine Gloss

I purchased a Neutrogena MoistureShine Gloss recently in the color Berry Fit. The title of the product doesn't lie! This lipgloss seriously does moisturize your lips. When I first applied it, it glossed right on without being sticky or too thick and the color was amazing. It was pigmented but not so much to where you have to dab some excess off. After a few hours, the gloss wore off but there was still pigmentation and my lips were soft and buttery. I recommended this product to any girl looking for lipgloss- either it be their 1st or if they're just looking for glosses to extend their makeup collection.

Review: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil

I recently purchased a NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil at my local Ulta. There was a huge variety of colors and I decided to buy the color 'cottage cheese' which is a beautiful, pearly, creamy white. I bought the eye pencil around $4 but depending on where you purchase yours, it could be a different price. This eye pencil is really affordable as well as extremely pigmented. A few years ago, youtube makeup guru Blair Fowler (juicystar07) did a review on NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils vs. Mac Shadesticks and it is 100% obvious how pigmented these inexpensive eye pencils are compared to department store 'quality.' Not only is the packaging adorable, this product is really affordable and can be used in a variety of ways: eyeliner, eyeshadow (alone), and even an eye shadow base (without primer). Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who is searching for affordable, good quality makeup, and I would totally repurchase this product!

Review: Revlon Matte Luxurious Color Kohl Eyeliner (Very Violet)

Revlon Matte Luxurious Color Kohl Eyeliner in the shade, Very Violet
This eyeliner lines eyes with intense matte color. The kohl formula glides on smoothly and is easy to apply. The spongy smudger creates looks from precise to smoky. The very violet pigmentation is beautiful and looks great on any eye color. Although this eyeliner is easy to apply because of its creamy consistency, its a little too creamy- it smudges off easily and doesn't last all night. A few hours after applied, it fades. I would rate this product around 3/5. I really do love the color, I just wish Revlon created an eyeliner that would last longer.  I would not recommend this product to a girl who is going out somewhere such as dancing that would make her sweat because this product for sure will not last all night. I wore this eyeliner to school one day and it faded after about half of the day.

Review: CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain

I stopped at Ulta last week and CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain caught my eye. I've seen the commercials on TV a few times and I wanted to try it out. Overall, I did not like the product.

1. I thought it was EXTREMELY difficult to apply the color evenly on your lips
2. I got a color similar to my lip shade, maybe a shade or 2 darker but after a while, it made me look like I ate a red popsicle or a cherry lollipop and it was just red stain on the center of my lips
3. The color comes out way darker then expected!
4. The packaging kind of looks like a marker

Overall, definitely stick to chapstick, lipstick, and lipgloss.
